Return Policy


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return requests must be submitted to shop@thejoybookshop.com within 5 days of the postmarked delivery date.

You will not be refunded shipping costs to or from your home.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shop@thejoybookshop.com.

We do not accept exchanges. 

Replacement of Damaged Items

We are confident in the quality of our product and will gladly replace your necklace if it is damaged or malfunctioning within 60 days of the postmarked delivery date. All damaged items will be taken care of at our cost.

If you need a replacement due to a faulty product, send us an email at shop@thejoybookshop.com explaining the issue and we will send you a new necklace after verification of the problem.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: The Joy Book, 6113 High Desert Dr., Las Cruces NM 88012, United States.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for any item you are returning.

We will be responsible for paying for shipping costs on item replacements due to damage.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item back to us we strongly suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
